In October, the maple leaves in Toronto are red. Ms. Xiaohong Shang, vice chairwoman of the Shaanxi Overseas Chinese Federation, led the "Embrace China·Charming Shaanxi" art troupe arrived in Toronto on the evening of October 5th. A wanderer in a foreign land is full of joy, looking forward to an artistic feast full of Shaanxi regional customs.
The 19-member "Embrace China·Charming Shaanxi" Art Troupe, mainly from the Shaanxi Provincial Song and Dance Theater and the Shaanxi Provincial Academy of Opera. The two performances were exquisite. The Chinese Consul General Tao Han and nearly a thousand overseas Chinese living in Canada watched the performance.

At 7 pm on October 6th, at the Toronto Centre for the Arts, the art group kicked off their first performance in Toronto.
The opening host, Mr. Jun Wu, is the dean of the Ace Acumen Academy. His host is full of wit and brilliance. Qian Li, the host of the party, is a young actor from the Shaanxi Provincial Song and Dance Theater.
Mr. Jun Wu's opening host is refreshing
Look, the show is about to begin. Regardless of the fatigue of the journey, the actors took a short break and showed off on stage.
The music is long and clear. The beginning of "Bai Yu" imitating Tang music and dance. The young dancers were graceful and graceful in colorful dance clothes. Tossing the white ball in the hand, it is swaying joy.
In the dance "Hanging the Red Lantern", the girls smile and dance with youth. They held the red lantern high, their waists turned and pitched. There is joy in the lips, which should dance to the beat.
The Tang Dynasty dance "Red White Peach and Plum Blossom" is amazing. In the Song Dynasty, Mei Yaochen had a poem: "Peaches and plum blossoms in the suburbs, red and white. It is an ancient song for the monarch, and the trip is in Nanmo. Everyone has returned, and the spring breeze has no trace."

"War Horse Galloping" is an erhu solo. The music is exciting, sonorous and powerful. Xin Liu, the deputy chief of the National Orchestra, uses unique and difficult playing techniques, with a generous and unrestrained manner and vividness. A puff of gunpowder billowed, and the breath of soldiers swaggering over his face.
Suona solo "Hundred Birds in the Phoenix" dazzled the audience. The young performer Shuaiyun Wu is skilled and vivid. The audience listened attentively to the singing of the birds, as if they were in a vibrant lush forest.
The dance is incomparable with Suona's "Muqam". "Mukam" means "classical music", which uses various art forms such as music, literature, dance, and drama to express the gorgeous life of the Uyghurs. The handsome guy Shuaiyun Wu's suona was rich and agitated, and the beautiful girls danced gracefully and enthusiastically, and there was a joyous scene on and off the stage.

Shangluo Flowerdrum Opera "The Butcher Champion" is refreshing. "Shangluo Flowerdrum" is a folk local opera, and its singing is mainly in Shangluo dialect. It has a long history and is known as the "living fossil" of opera. Miao Li plays Dang Fengying, the daughter of a loyal minister. Bo Liu plays the kind-hearted butcher Hu San, lively. The two play "Xiaodan" and "Xiaochou", expressing emotions, fresh and natural.
The high-pitched, tragic Qin Opera "Blood and Tears" is here! Qinqiang, the voice of the Qin people, the feelings of the Northwest people. It started in the Western Zhou Dynasty and matured in Qin. Qinqiang performing artist Kui Chen came to the stage and screamed straight into the sky. The audience faintly felt that a force was growing savagely. In his voice the audience heard the eight hundred miles of dusty Qinchuan, and the thirty million Shaanxi folk's stubborn souls! Tears flickered in the eyes of the audience.
The performances of Bo Liu and Miao Li are full of folk comedy
Qin opera artist Kui Chen shouted loudly and desolately
The soprano singer Lu Lu is elegant and her singing voice is round and gorgeous. The song "I Love You China" is passionate and sincere. "My Dear Dad" is an aria in the Italian one-act opera "Jani Skiki". Lu Lu's affectionate and moving singing exquisitely explained a woman's pleading with her father to agree to pursue beautiful love.
Qian Li, the host of the party, wore a white dress, beautiful and tall, like a reed in the wind. "The reed flowers are white, beautiful, and tidbits are flying all over the sky." The singing melodiously brought the audience back to their hometown.
The young singer Meng Hao is straightforward and sweet, with a simple and pure singing voice. The song "On the Field of Hope" is a memory of a generation. "The seedlings are heading in the sweat of the farmers, and the cattle and sheep grow up in the flute of the shepherd boy." What a nostalgic picture. When the finale song "Send You a Changan" sounded on the stage, the audience's eye sockets became wet again. "Li Bai Du Fu's Sima Long Scroll, Tang Feng and Han Rhyme is beautiful and beautiful", Hao Meng's singing is high and unstoppable, with thousands of twists and turns, pouring infinite love for his hometown of Chang'an and good blessings to overseas wanderers.

On the morning of October 7, the artists and the Great Northwest Chamber of Commerce in Canada, the Shaanxi Association of Canada, and the Canada Shaanxi Chamber of Commerce held a China-Canada Friendship Party at D&H Show Production Inc.
At the party, the artists were moved by bursts of warm applause from the audience. Xin Liu once again returned to the stage, erhu solo "Rolling Bead Curtain", with a ray of moonlight and water flowing from the strings. The audience was fascinated by the sound of the piano. The performances of the Shaanxi Association of Hometowns are also brilliant. Wei Tang's male solo sang "That's me" with nine ileal songs, and the audience flew back to the smoke-smoked small village with the singing.
As it is a party, the actors' dresses are more individualistic, and the performances become more cordial and lively. When Bo Liu played the butcher Hu San, he dressed as a "clown". At the party, the lead was washed away, and it was gentle and elegant.

Art promotes life. I remember that on the evening of October 5, at the reception banquet, Meng Hao said: The dancers did not forget to practice dancing on the plane. Now, I just got off the plane, a 30-hour flight, and I am still dizzy. But when I started singing, I forgot the exhaustion. We are "singing with life!"
The cultivation of art requires a lifetime of practice. On the eve of the performance, in the waiting room, the actors completely forgot the noise around them and focused on the music they love. Yes, "the fragrance of plum blossom comes from the bitter cold."
Right before the performance, the dancers fixing their costume.

Burke said that art is human nature. Every artist has a heart of gold. With the actors, you can always be infected by their smiles. Congratulations during the banquet, there will be pleasant singing voices overflowing my heart. There was no performance on October 8, and the actors went to the Great Falls to play. Unfortunately, there is rain. Not afraid, we can have fun in the rain.

The Canada Gansu Federation of Chamber of Commerce is one of the co-organizer of this event. President Zhaoan Sui raised funds, Vice President Xiaoning Wang served as stage director, Secretary Xiaochun Guo was in charge of stage supervision, and Finance Director Hui Zhao liaised with politicians. Chamber of Commerce member Jing Zhang, despite pregnant with a baby, worked overtime late at night to produce the brochure, which was very touching. Every volunteer worked silently behind the scenes and worked hard for the complete success of the event.
During the event, members of the Chamber of Commerce and the actors got along day and night and formed a deep friendship. Xiaoning Wang was overjoyed to see his university classmate Lu Lu at the airport. The little girl Alysa likes Shuaiyun's performance and became a big fan. Hao Meng saw that Alysa's socks were not neatly worn, so she took them off and put them on again. Small details, warm and friendly.
